Prepaid minutes listed on the face of the prepaid card are for domestic calls only. The maximum rate per domestic minute is the price paid for the prepaid card divided by the number of minutes on the card, assuming the call is not made from a pay phone. International calls are based on minutes and are charged at different rates. For international rates, specific terms and conditions, or to add minutes, please call Sprint 24-hour Customer Service at 1-800-366-0707. A U.S.-based payphone surcharge of $.50 will apply, or the minute rate equivalent. All rates are subject to change. Billed in 1-minute increments. Unless no connection is made, all partial minutes are rounded up to the next whole minute. You will have at least 6 months to use your prepaid minutes before they expire. If a dispute arises, the consumer has the right to contact the State Utility Commission in the state where the card was purchased.
